If package is returned to LotsKarma for incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you for correct address and re-ship. The re-ship fee will be charged to your original form of payment.

We will reply to you within 24-48 hours and provide a return address.
As long as the product is unused, you can return it. It is best if the packaging is unopened!
Once we receive the item, we will refund or exchange it for another product.
