Delivery
Shipments are mailed to the shipping address that you provide at check-out. LotsKarma is not responsible if the incorrect address is provided. If package is returned to LotsKarma for incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you for correct address and re-ship. The re-ship fee will be charged to your original form of payment.
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number so you can watch the status all the way from our studio to your mailbox.

While there may be slight variations in the crafting of crystals, we ensure that the products we provide are designed according to the crystal model described; please enjoy the joy that crystals bring to you.
Custom Products:We will communicate with you before shipping; within 30 days of receipt, if there are quality issues or the product does not match what we communicated, we will exchange or refund the item for free;
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@lotskarma.com.
We will reply to you within 24-48 hours and provide a return address.
As long as the product is unused, you can return it. It is best if the packaging is unopened!
Once we receive the item, we will refund or exchange it for another product.
For refunds, you can expect a refund 1-2 days after we receive the goods.
We process your refund through credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to be reflected in your bank.
For all returns and exchanges, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. This is to minimize the chances of package loss.
